Cayenne Benefits
Posted by: | CommentsThe first thing that one might be thinking right now is what the heck is cayenne? Or at least before i heard of it a few months ago. Here it is by one definition.
cayenne: ground pods and seeds of pungent red peppers of the genus Capsicum. Well we now know the definition of it but what about these reported benefits of cayenne? And why is this on a site dedicated to weight loss? Because health benefits and healthy weight loss are not mutually exclusive, ever. I found this article the other day about the benefits of cayenne and was very surprised by the long list of health benefits it possesses. Here is the link to the original article.
Lets begin with the help it could have as far as your metabolism is involved. It is reported that upon consumption of cayenne your metabolism will spike almost immediately due to the thermogenic effect ( heating up of the body). It also helps the digestion process by activating the enzymes to aid in assimilation and elimination of food by-products thus aiding in weight loss. And why look at just the direct weight loss benefits? Here are a few of the health benefits of the cayenne pepper.

Drink Green Tea & Lose Weight
Posted by: | CommentsFor those of you who have heard of this it may be of no use to you, but for those of you reading this for the first time then keep reading because this little known dietary supplement or drink can help you lose weight, burn fat and much much more.
I was just reading a couple of articles on the topic and the evidence supporting the weight loss as a result of green tea consumption is definitely legitimate. Posted by: | CommentsHello all. And once again welcome to Do This Lose Weight, where you can fast-track your fitness and weight loss goals. It is now almost the end of March and we are currently into the Spring season. Which means now we can be fighting the good battle with our old enemies 1) allergies and 2) weight loss, especially to begin preparations for the summertime and swimsuit season.
Aww i could almost feel everybody tensing up at the thought of having to show off that not so ready body, however never fear for there is still plenty of time to fight the good fight and win. Especially with the aid of one of these weight loss supplements i am about to show you. These supplements i am about to recommend today are not for the faint of heart, and when i say that i am serious. I have taken 2 of the 3 products i am about to recommend and they are pretty intense, so when you take these i would definitely recommend taking them when you wake up in the morning and then take your second dose around lunchtime and never consume them after 5:00 in the afternoon, especially if you are sensitive to caffeine like i am and if you like a good nights rest as much as i do. In addition, i would also recommend only using 1 bottle of this stuff and then taking some time off of it. There is no evidence showing that these supplements are bad for you but i just always support the clean diet and strict exercise routine, but around this time of year i am always an advocate for the consumption of dietary supplements that can help us really nail our conditioning the way we want too and get the ideal body we have always wanted; with that being said these weight loss supplements will drastically help you with that very pursuit.
1) Hydroxycut Hardcore- i tried a bottle of this a few years ago and followed a very strict diet and got as lean and chiseled as i probably ever have before. It was an intense supplement, but like i said i am very sensitive to caffeine. So take it early in the day and at the end of this post i will place a link for some melatonin to help you fall asleep more easily, as well as improve your quality of sleep.
2) Meltdown by VPX- i actually took this last summer and was on my way to my best physique ever until i injured my shoulder and was out of commission for about 3-4 weeks and never quite got back on track the way that i wanted.

What the heck does that mean??? i threw you for a curve ball here, you thought it would be another supplement but in fact my recommendation here is to eat a very very very clean diet and then add in one of the previously mentioned weight loss supplements for the best body you have ever owned. That means consume fruits, veggies, complex carbohydrates, lean meats, quality proteins, healthy fats and nuts and seeds. Once you get the eat clean principles down you can then add in these weight loss supplements for the icing on the cake.
So guys and gals, lets get this thing going in the right direction and before you know it we will be more than ready to show off that sexy body.

Whey Protein for Fat Loss?
Posted by: | CommentsHey guys i am back again today, i just took my final for my summer school class so now i can breathe again. But enough about me lets get to the heart of the discussion now. I was just reading my muscular development magazine when i came across a title headlined “Whey Protein Speeds Fat Loss And Spares Muscle Mass” and i knew right away that i wanted to share this information with you all. This particular study found that drinking a whey protein shake 20 minutes before breakfast and before dinner helped people decrease their appetite. The people in the study on a reduced calorie diet who consumed the protein drink before breakfast and dinner lost 8 lbs. of fat vs. the placebo group who only lost 3.5 lbs fat, the groups that lost 8 lbs fat also maintained more muscle mass. This further supports the theory of how it is good to eat more proteins in place of carbohydrates. Without getting too far into the physiological effects of the protein consumption, we will just say that in a nutshell the consumption of protein keeps blood sugar levels stable (no spike) and as a result appetite is decreased. So ↑ protein intake = ↓lowered appetite which in turn = ↓ fat mass and ↑ muscle mass.
